Refunds & Adjustments

Understanding how reversals and deposits are handled.

Customer refunds

  • Refunds, chargebacks, and fraud disputes reverse the commission for that purchase.
  • Refund rules are handled at checkout (Whop for InkIntake, Stripe for Voyage).
  • If a payout already went out, it may be netted out of a future payout.

Commission adjustments

  • Commissions apply only to properly attributed purchases.
  • If tracking is missing/incorrect, we may be unable to pay commission.
  • If an error happens, we’ll correct it as soon as it’s verified.

Website Build Sprint deposit

  • Partners share the link. Customers pay the deposit.
  • If a customer is not approved for the Sprint, their deposit is refunded.
  • If approved, the deposit is credited toward the build.
Commissions may be delayed or reversed for refunds, chargebacks, fraud, or attribution issues.
